Through Taste of Ayiti Bakery, we celebrate the warmth and traditions of Haiti with handcrafted breads, Haitian Patties, baked goods, and specialty items made with care, pride, and cultural inspiration.
Lush Loaf, our specialty-loaf brand, began with our signature banana bread — rich, moist, handcrafted, and made to feel special. From that signature favorite, Lush Loaf has grown into a collection of fruit and specialty loaves featuring flavors such as citrus, berries, vegetables, nuts, and seasonal creations.
Each brand has its own personality, but both share the same heart: quality ingredients, thoughtful preparation, beautiful presentation, and food made to bring people together.
