Ordering Info & Policies

Pre-order only

• Missed pickups are non-refundable.
• If pickup is missed, you may contact Taste of Ayiti Bakery to arrange pickup within the next 12 hours.
• Orders not collected within that additional 12-hour period may be discarded.
• No refund will be issued for orders not collected within the allowed pickup period.

• Delivery fees are separate from the minimum order amount.
• Someone must be available to receive the order.
• When the driver arrives, you receive a 5-minute grace period.
• A signature is required to confirm delivery.
• If delivery cannot be completed after the 5-minute grace period, the order and delivery fee are non-refundable.

Your delivery address is collected in the order request form. Taste of Ayiti Bakery reviews the address and confirms the delivery fee based on travel time before payment.

Regular orders require payment in full before the order is confirmed.

1. You submit an order request.
2. Taste of Ayiti Bakery reviews availability, quantity, pickup or delivery details, and total.
3. You receive confirmation and payment instructions.
4. You submit the required payment in full.
5. Your order becomes confirmed.

Your order is not confirmed until Taste of Ayiti Bakery confirms availability and required payment is received.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of payment are eligible for a refund.
• After 24 hours, regular-order payments are non-refundable.

Availability is not guaranteed until the event date and order are confirmed.

• Deposits are refundable within 24 hours of payment.
• After 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
• A non-refundable deposit may be transferred one time as credit toward a future order within 90 days.
• The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
